• We supply and install a wide range of fencing and gate solutions for households and businesses across the UK.

• Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

• Installation dates will be agreed in advance but may be subject to weather or supply chain delays.

3. Payments

• Deposits may be required before work begins.

• Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late payments may incur interest charges under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.

• Bespoke or special-order materials are non-refundable once ordered.

• If work has commenced, cancellation charges may apply.

5. Liability

• We will carry out all work with reasonable skill and care.

• We are not liable for delays caused by weather, supply shortages, or factors outside our control.

• We accept no liability for damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or unauthorised alterations.

6. Warranties

• Materials may come with manufacturer warranties, which vary by product.

• Workmanship guarantees are provided for certain installations and can be confirmed on request.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
