· Maintain a skilled and competent workforce through ongoing training and development.
· Continuously improve our processes, products, and services through customer feedback and internal reviews.
· Achieve zero defects in workmanship and ensure timely project completion.
3. Responsibilities
· Senior Management: The Managing Director is responsible for overseeing the implementation of this quality policy, ensuring resources are available, and promoting a culture of quality across the organisation.
· Quality Manager: A designated Quality Manager will monitor project quality, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with agreed standards and specifications.
· Employees and Contractors: All staff and contractors are expected to adhere to quality procedures, report non-conformities, and contribute to maintaining high standards.
4. Quality Assurance
· We will implement robust quality control processes, including regular inspections of materials, workmanship, and completed installations.
· All projects will be managed in accordance with a quality management system aligned with ISO 9001 principles, ensuring consistency and traceability.
· Non-conformities will be promptly addressed, with root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
5. Customer Focus
· We prioritise customer satisfaction by engaging with clients to understand their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
· Feedback will be actively sought and used to improve our services.
· Complaints will be handled promptly and professionally to ensure resolution and maintain trust.
