This policy applies to all employees, directors, contractors, suppliers, and business partners of UK Fencing Ltd. It covers all aspects of our operations, including sourcing materials, engaging suppliers, and delivering construction projects.
3. Policy Statement

a. Promoting fair, ethical, and transparent trading practices.

5. Responsibilities
a. Management: The leadership team is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing this policy across all operations.
b. Employees and Contractors: All individuals must adhere to this policy and report any concerns about unethical practices.
c. Procurement Team: The procurement team will assess suppliers for ethical compliance and maintain records of due diligence.
d. Suppliers: Suppliers are expected to comply with this policy and provide evidence of ethical practices when requested.
6. Reporting Concerns
a. Employees, contractors, or suppliers who suspect unethical practices, including modern slavery or environmental violations, should report concerns through our Whistleblowing Policy (via nadia@ukfl.uk.
b. Reports will be investigated promptly, confidentially, and without fear of retaliation.
7. Compliance and Monitoring
a. We will conduct regular audits of our supply chain and operations to ensure compliance with this policy.
b. Suppliers may be required to provide documentation or undergo assessments to verify ethical practices.
c. Breaches of this policy by employees, contractors, or suppliers may result in disciplinary action, termination of contracts, or legal action.
8. Training and Awareness
a. UK Fencing Ltd will provide training to employees and relevant stakeholders on ethical trading, modern slavery, and anti-corruption practices.
b. We will raise awareness of this policy among suppliers and subcontractors to ensure alignment with our standards.
9. Review
