Environmental Policy

1. Purpose

This policy applies to all employees, directors, contractors, agency workers, and job applicants of UK Fencing Ltd. · Management: The leadership team is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and reviewing this policy. Managers must ensure fair treatment in their teams and address any breaches promptly.

· Employees: All employees must adhere to this policy, treat others with respect, and report any discriminatory behaviour.

· HR Department: The HR team will ensure fair recruitment, provide training on equality, and handle complaints in line with this policy.

5. Recruitment and Selection

UK Fencing Ltd will:

· Use objective, job-related criteria for recruitment and selection.

· Ensure job advertisements and descriptions are inclusive and free from bias.

· Provide equal access to opportunities for all applicants, including reasonable adjustments for disabled candidates.

6. Training and Development

We will provide equal access to training and development opportunities to support career progression for all employees, regardless of their background or protected characteristics.

7. Workplace Conduct

· Discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.

· Employees found to have breached this policy may face disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal.
